Fipto PI SAS holds a MiCA CASP licence under authorisation number A2026-009, granted by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) — the French Financial Markets Authority. This licence is one of the first issued in Europe under the MiCA framework and enables Fipto to provide regulated digital asset services across EU member states.
