How do I use a payment link to pay with cryptocurrency?
1. Amount: Upon accessing the link, you'll see the amount requested in EUR and other information about the payment to be made.
2. Select Cryptocurrency: Choose the stablecoin you wish to pay with from the available selection.
3. Confirm Quote: You'll see a quote indicating how much of the chosen stablecoin is required to cover the EUR amount. Confirm this quote to lock in the rate.
4. Payment Window: After confirming, you have 15 minutes to initiate the payment, ensuring the exchange rate is secured.
5. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is triggered, it may take a few minutes to update the payment link status due to the need for blockchain confirmation.
What happens if I pay less than the requested amount (underpaid)?
If the amount sent is less than the requested, you will need to contact our support team at support@fipto.com for a refund.
Important: If you paid from an exchange wallet, the refund process could be complex, as the originating address may not be directly usable for refunds. Please provide an alternative wallet address owned by you for the refund.
What if I send more than the required amount (overpaid)?
In case of overpayment, the transaction will be marked as complete, and we will initiate a refund for the excess amount.

What occurs if I make a payment after the payment link expires?
Payments made post-expiration will be refunded.

Are there any fees for refunds?
Yes, for any refund processed (underpaid, overpaid, or expired transactions), we charge a 10 EUR operational fee to cover gas fees and operational services.
How do I know my payment was successfully received?
Once you've completed the payment, please allow a short period for the blockchain to confirm the transaction. Following confirmation, the status reflecting the processing of your payment will be updated directly on the payment link page you accessed to make the payment.
