What treasurers ask first
Who provides the investment service?
Spiko Finance SAS, an investment firm authorised by the ACPR under number CIB 19183. Fipto acts as introducer and provides the interface. Fipto does not provide investment advice.
Is my capital guaranteed?
No. These are investment funds, not bank deposits. Capital is at risk, returns vary with each fund's net asset value, and no deposit guarantee scheme applies.
Which balances can I allocate?
EUR balances can go to the EU T-Bills fund or to Spiko Euro. EURC goes to the EU T-Bills fund, and USDC to the US T-Bills fund. Fiat USD balances are not included in the first release.
When does yield accrue?
The two T-Bills funds accrue on business days. Spiko Euro accrues on calendar days, so the credit recorded on Friday covers Saturday and Sunday.
How quickly can I get my money back?
Withdrawal orders execute at each fund's daily cut-off on business days. Proceeds then return to your Fipto wallet within one to two business days.
Do my approval rules still apply?
Yes. Every allocation is a payment from your own Fipto wallet, so the approval, multi-signature and screening rules already set on your account apply unchanged. Read-only users can see positions but cannot allocate or withdraw.
